# Оплата через ручной ввод PAN
Принять платеж по карточке, которая не может быть успешно прочитана Приложением или по карточке, которая не поддерживает бесконтактный интерфейс, можно через функцию приема платежей путем ручного ввода номера карточки.

Доступность этой функции для вас определяет ваш Поставщик услуг эквайринга. За деталями обратитесь в его службу поддержки.

Если же Поставщик услуг эквайринга предоставил разрешение на использование этой функции, то воспользоваться ей вы можете после ввода суммы платежа, когда на экране появится запрос приложить карточку. Функция обозначается иконкой 
.
После перехода на экран ввода реквизитов карточки, предоставьте клиенту возможность самостоятельно вести необходимые значения на вашем устройстве.

Обратите внимание клиента на то, что в целях безопасного ввода реквизитов карточки используется виртуальная клавиатура, у которой цифровые кнопки расположены в случайном порядке и имеют разную площадь.
